The Role:
We are looking for a Global People Operations Coordinator to support our HR function consisting of a Global People Operations Director and People Partners based in London and Ukraine.
You will be supporting across the following areas:
- Coordinate all aspects of the new hire process including background checks, data entry, employee file management, coordination of buddy program, and sending onboarding surveys.
- Schedule all new hire induction training on a bi-weekly basis across various time zones.
- Present the new hire induction training for the People Operations team where appropriate.
- The first point of contact for employee questions and escalate issues to other members of the People Operations team, if appropriate.
- Partner closely with the People Managers to execute operational processes with a focus on employee experience and data integrity.
- Participate in system testing tied to new programs, systems or process rollouts.
- Support reporting, auditing, and data initiatives.
- Manage the operation processes for offboarding employees, including drafting leaver letters, calculating annual leave entitlement, revoking system access, and sending exit surveys.
- Execute other special projects and duties based on business needs.
Required skills and Experience:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in an administration or operations role
- You have effective oral and written English communication skills.
- You have experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.
- You are people-centric with excellent attention to detail.
- You have the ability to work on your own and as part of a collaborative team.
- You have experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
- You have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- You have a client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization.
