We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a strong tech-savvy background to join our team as an Educational Content Coordinator. The role primarily involves curating content for our UK market, managing Google Classrooms, implementing student feedback forms, and preparing a Discord server for student networking.
This remote position is open to candidates anywhere in Ukraine
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency to effectively communicate with students and colleagues.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the education or e-learning industry is a plus.
- Strong tech-savviness and familiarity with Zoom, Typeform, and Calendly tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage various LMS tasks efficiently.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Curate UK market Learning Management System (LMS) content, including preparing and uploading materials, links, and recordings.
- Re-watch all recorded sessions to ensure quality before making them available on the LMS.
- Create and manage Google Classrooms, ensuring students can access the necessary resources and materials.
- Develop and implement forms for students and gather after-class feedback.
- Prepare a Discord server for students to facilitate networking and community-building activities.
