Due to the growth of the company, we have a new role to join our Organisation amp; Process Development team reporting to the Organisation amp; Process Development Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Fintech company and contribute to our continuous growth and success. The role covers both the UK and EU operations of the company.
As an Organizational and Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency, optimizing business processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for org and process enhancements, implement innovative solutions, and contribute to the achievement of our company's strategic objectives. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in fintech processes will enable you to make a meaningful impact on our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities related to company-wide business processes and the design of organizational units:
- Document new and existing processes and organizational units, develop and update related policies, procedures.
- Analyze the performance of existing processes and units, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, inadequate risk and other areas for improvement.
- Gather requirements and contribute to design of new processes and organizational units that align with the company's strategy and are optimized for performance and risk.
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes and organizational units, including extensive communication with stakeholders.
- Contribute to investigations and quality reviews related to processes and units.
- Advise management regarding improvement of processes in their departments.
- Contribute to development and implementation of KPIs.
- Develop and deliver workshops on the above topics.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organization and process analysis and design.
- Maintain records and documentation, keep audit trail. Develop reports on above activities.
- Perform temporary additional duties or execute additional projects falling within the scope of responsibilities of the department.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- University degree in management, finance, engineering, technology or science.
- Solid, versatile experience with organizational and process analysis, modeling and change management in international businesses (however please note we do not use BPMN, IDEF or any other modeling languages).
- Top problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Capable of understanding and serving the business, while being a proponent of the compliance culture.
- Excellent writing skills; capable of keeping it short and simple.
- Great communicator and team worker
- Excellent spoken and written English
Also Highly Preferable:
- Extensive experience with the banking / fintech industry.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian
