Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proficient leader with exceptional communication and management skills to take on the role of Head of Accounts Receivable. This pivotal position offers exposure to a diverse and international work environment. As the Head of Accounts Receivable, you will play a central role in ensuring the precision and efficiency of all accounts receivable operations. You will be at the forefront of setting the vision and strategy for the AR department, representing it at the executive level, and ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations.
We will trust you to:
• Setting the overall vision and strategy for the AR department
• Representing the department at the executive level
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Focusing on automation of processes
• Optimizing structure of AR by implementing more efficient processes
• Budgeting and forecasting for accounts receivable
• Main reliable contact between CKH management and BU management regarding AR
• Provide guidance to junior staff and assist with mentoring staff to meet all client deadlines
• Manage team with the help of reporting and KPIs
• Set up targets and support in delivering them
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls governing accounts receivable.
• Facilitate and support with external and internal audits related to accounts receivable.
Requirements
• 5-7 years proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Manager.
• Demonstrated expertise in accounts receivable management, with prior experience in leadership roles.
• Profound knowledge of accounting principles, credit management, and collections.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive process improvements, and manage competing priorities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Good MS Office skills, especially in using Excel.
• Fluency in English (Verbal amp; Writing)
• SAP ERP Knowledge is required.
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
