Digital Content/SEO Team Lead

We are looking for a Content/SEO Team Lead who is a guru in building a content team from scratch. You will be responsible for structuring and building efficient content processes, creating documentation for writers, and overseeing various content-related tasks in a product company.

Product: Ukrainian software company with a focus on macOS and iPhone applications which make Apple fans’ lives easier worldwide.

Team: Cozy team of passionate specialists and a fantastic CEO.

Together We Will:

• Manage the project's YouTube channel (create a video content plan, conduct keyword research, ensure quality control, oversee video publishing);
• Work with on-page SEO (perform keyword research, optimize landing pages, oversee internal page linking, conduct periodic website audits);
• Create and manage content (create, optimize and publish articles, conduct keyword research, assist in hiring and management of writers);
• Produce monthly reports of analytics (organic traffic, affiliate traffic, YouTube traffic);
• Build and oversee a content team focused on creating SEO-optimized articles (assign tasks for content writers);
• Occasionally write blog posts for the company blog.

Requirements

What We Will Need:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in digital content creation;
• Upper-Intermediate or Fluent level of English;
• Applicable experience in creating various types of content;
• Proficient knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page);
• Project management/lead experience;
• The passion for applying best marketing practices and deepening your expertise.

Would Be A Big Plus:

• Experience using a Macbook with an iPhone and/or iPad;
• Good sense of humor
