Job Description
Zaelab is searching for a talented Marketing Operations Specialist.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as HubSpot marketing admin with full ownership of the marketing instance, including product integration, performance optimization, creating new templates / workflows, nurture programs, and reporting. Along with managing and driving enhancements with integration to other systems as required.
- Identify enhancements across our marketing stack for efficiency and scale.
- Monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations, and implement optimizations across all marketing campaigns and channels.
- Own ICP maintenance. Grow, clean, and segment the database to maximize campaign performance and sales outreach. Manage list pulls, data enrichment and list sourcing. Monitor and report on database health.
- Support marketing and sales revenue goals by managing lead lifecycle, maintaining lead scoring. Ensure every lead and opportunity is captures and managed efficiently at every stage of the pipeline
- Partner with sales and practice leadership to continually improve lead flow, ABM account lists, reporting, and pipeline maintenance as required to provide key business insights.
- Support events by uncovering target meetings, prepping sales with company/person data, managing data post-event, and helping track nurture plans.
- Grow marketing analytics function, identify key performance metrics across tactics, and deliver actionable insights on marketing performance and contribution to pipeline.
- Learn WebFlow, our CMS, to be able to make edits as needed.
- Be our Martech subject matter expert. Own relationships with the vendors and onboard employees for optimal use of our tools as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations preferably for a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
- Hands-on / administrator level experience with HubSpot program design, campaign management, customization, reporting, database management, integration, deals, etc.
- Experience with a range of martech systems Salesflow, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator etc.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, segmentation, and execution.
- Comfortable in Google Analytics
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner with sales, design, marketing, and other cross-functional departments.
- Well organized, self-driven person who is committed to detail and high-quality output.
