Chief Marketing Officer/Head of Marketing

Do you love launching new products and impacting their scaling? What about AI? Our spin-off product team is looking for an experienced and technical Chief Marketing Officer/Head of Marketing who would apply best practices in B2B and B2C and wants to evolve using a cross-disciplinary approach.

Product:

A solution created to automate support (text communication) for popular CRM systems using ML. The product is now in production.

Team:

We already have an experienced CTO with a background in Data Science and Machine Learning, a Back-end Developer, a Machine Learning Engineer and a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Together we will:

• Build an effective Marketing Strategy;
• Develop, execute and optimize Ad campaigns on Social Media: lead generation, brand awareness and lead nurturing;
• Conduct market and niche analysis, and test hypothesis;
• Analyze the offer, competitors, product advantages;
• Experiment with new approaches;
• Control the budget and adjust expenses to get the best ROI;
• Track KPIs to assess performance and identify weaknesses;
• Grow together with the product.

Requirements

What you will need:

• 4-5+ years of experience in digital marketing in the US/European markets;
• Experience in marketing of a technical product;
• Experience in both B2B and B2C segments;
• Experience of team management;
• Passion for IT;
• Knowledge and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Google Tag Manager);
• Experience with PPC;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level of English and fluent Ukrainian;
• Creativity and attention to detail;
• Enthusiasm and leadership.

Would be a plus:

• Work experience in a digital agency;
• Experience with data analysis and reporting;
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts;
• Experience with various platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.);
• Understanding of HTML and XML;
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel);
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Analytical thinking and good knowledge of Mathematics.
