Web, Content and PR Specialist

Intetics Inc. is a leading American technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and all-things-digital solutions, is looking for a Web, Content and PR Specialist to enrich its team with a skilled professional.

Responsibilities:

• Copywriting / New texts for website, news, blog, posts, and marketing campaigns (MCs) offers as needed
• Inbound lead tracking and analytics
• Brand book maintenance and enforcement permanent
• Website maintenance (change requests, new pages) as needed
• External publication preparation and management (articles and other media publications about 3-6 per year, interviews about 0-2 per year, WPs and eBooks about 2-4 per year, videos as needed for MCs)
• Clients' interview/testimonials
• Corporate newsletter / Intetics Tech Insights including News gathering: External about 4 per year; Internal about 6-8 per year
• Press release production and distribution about 4-6 per year
• Vendor (designers, writers, media, souvenir manufacturing, etc.) management including onboarding, task setting, work acceptance, payments thru accounting
• Awards applications about 3-6 per year, with attention on industry specific awards and ones like Fortune Innovation 300
• Wikipediaupdates
• HR PR synchronization and support
• Events support and marketing souvenir production (texts, visuals, contracting/payments) as needed

Requirements

- Experience with all the points described in responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- English lever Upper Intermediate or higher

- Excellent business correspondence skills in English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
