Job Description
Subject to contract award, we are looking for a Journey Management Coordinator to join our team in Ukraine. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of journey management protocols by overseeing all aspects of journey planning, tracking, and incident response. This role is pivotal within the Operations Department, aligning closely with our broader mission to prioritise safety and operational excellence in all movements across non-Russian occupied areas within Ukraine.
Requirements
These are the key things that you are responsible for delivering within your role. There will be activities and tasks in addition to this list that are expected from you but the majority of your time will be:
- Executing risk assessments for all trips
- Continuously tracking and maintaining communication with all crews
- Operating and monitoring an operations centre for journey data
- Developing and implementing contingency/incident response plans
- Coordinating travel across international borders, including pre-travel security awareness briefing, reception, and transfer from airports outside of Ukraine, and cross-border movements into Ukraine
You will have:
- Essential experience in journey management
- Fluency in Ukrainian with a high standard of spoken and written English (B2 minimum)
- Previous experience in journey management on a project of similar size and scope within the last 2 years
- Familiarity with journey management protocols, operational log keeping, incident management, and response team utilization
- Experience working directly with security risk management professionals and clients
- Operational Logistics Training
