Job Description
Subject to contract award, we are looking for Journey Management Supervisor to join our team in Ukraine. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the Operations room communications systems, tracking Project Crews and operational staff, and overseeing mobile assets according to Journey Management (JM) protocols. This role is crucial within the Operations Department as it involves maintaining a high level of operational readiness, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and effectively responding to emergencies. The Journey Management Supervisor plays a key role in safeguarding our operations and contributing to the overall success of our business in Ukraine.
Requirements
These are the key things that you are responsible for delivering within your role. There will be activities and tasks in addition to this list that are expected from you but the majority of your time will be:
- Monitoring Op’s room communications systems
- Tracking Project Crews and operational staff
- Overseeing mobile assets according to JM protocols
- Maintaining operational logs
- Managing incidents and coordinating response teams
- Caretaking/oversight of CCTV system
- Attending to emergency calls from external bases/locations/sites
- Following in-place Emergency Response Plans
- Monitoring Open-Source reporting and social media in order to identify threats to life or significant activity which may impact on operations.
- Identifying and communicating time-sensitive risks to operational activity.
You will have:
- Essential experience in journey management on a project of similar size and scope within recent years
- Native speaker or fluent in Ukrainian, with a workable standard of spoken and written English (Minimum B1)
- Familiarity with journey management protocols, operational log keeping, incident management, and response team utilization
