The Educational Equality Institute, an NGO based in Norway committed to educating and thereby empowering disadvantaged girls.

In response to the war in Ukraine, we started the project:Together for Ukraine.

Free educational programs where we, together with our partners, will help 100.000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.

Are you a data-driven marketing whiz with a passion for maximizing ROI? Do you thrive on crafting compelling ad copy and analyzing campaign performance? If so, then our Google Ads Specialist role is perfect for you!

You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and achieve our marketing objectives.

Role Scope

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various search networks and display networks.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms for targeting potential customers.
  • Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.).
  • Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of success in optimizing PPC campaigns for ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
