Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using one or more UiPath tools:
• UiPath AI Fabric, UiPath Document Understanding, UiPath Process Mining, UiPath Apps
• Potentially Ramp;D activities
  
  

Requirements

. 1. Proficiency in UiPath Suite:

• UiPath AI Fabric: Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts to design, deploy, and manage ML models within UiPath workflows. Familiarity with Python for scripting and custom model development.
• UiPath Document Understanding: Experience in implementing document processing solutions, understanding of OCR (Optical Character Recognition), NLP (Natural Language Processing), and machine learning techniques for data extraction and validation.
• UiPath Process Mining: Ability to analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows using process mining techniques. Understanding of data preprocessing, and process discovery.
• UiPath Apps: Experience in building and deploying business applications using UiPath Apps. Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to integrate UiPath automations into user-friendly applications.
• UiPath Communications Mining: Knowledge of analyzing unstructured communication data (emails, chats, etc.) to extract insights and automate processes. Understanding of NLP and text analysis methods.

2. Programming and Development Skills:

• Proficient in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) development, especially with UiPath.
• Strong programming skills in languages relevant to UiPath, such as C# and .NET for workflow development, Python for AI models, and JavaScript for web applications.
• Experience with APIs and web services for integration with third-party systems and data sources.

3. Database and Data Analysis:

• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Skills in data analysis and visualization tools to interpret process data and insights.

4. DevOps and Version Control:

Knowledge of DevOps practices for RPA, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment strategies.

Experience with version control systems like Git for source code management.

5. System Architecture and Design:

• Ability to design scalable and robust system architectures for enterprise automation solutions.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying and managing RPA solutions.

6. Soft Skills and Project Management:

• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity for innovative solution design.
• Project management skills to oversee projects from conception to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and leading Ramp;D activities.

7. Ramp;D Specific Skills:

• Curiosity and a strong grasp of emerging technologies and methodologies in AI, machine learning, and RPA.
• Ability to conduct research, prototype new solutions, and evaluate their feasibility for business applications.

8. Certifications and Training:

• UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, UiPath Solution Architect) can validate technical skills and knowledge in the UiPath platform.
• Continuous learning and upskilling in the latest RPA technologies, AI/ML developments, and industry best practices.
