Job Description
Requirements
4+ years of experience as HR manager or HR Team Leader;
Experience in product companies is a must;
Understanding of HR processes and procedures;
Experience in holding 1-on-1 meetings, onboarding processes and team’s support;
Experience with Google Docs, HR CRMs and Jira package;
Efficient multitasking and ability to work with priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Attention to detail, self-disciplined, open to sharing and receiving feedback;
Strong time management and organizational skills;
English level upper intermediate is a must.
Responsibilities
Running 1-on-1 meetings with team members (1-2 teams, approximately 20-30 employees for 1 HR);
Identify team needs to develop and promote HR solutions, programs, and policies;
Help and support processes in different offices, hubs and locations;
Maintain, prepare and up-to-date HR documents and spreadsheets (sometimes it can be a translation as well);
Possibility to grow, as a Team Leader.
Would be a plus
Background in psychology;
Work with international teams;
Experience in gambling, iGaming industries;
Experience with HiBob and Workable.
