ICT Assistant

Subject to contract award, we are looking for an ICT Assistant to join our Kyiv Office. Reporting into the Country Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing support by ensuring the smooth functioning of our information and communication technology systems. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our staff in utilising technology effectively.

Requirements

These are the key things that you are responsible for delivering within your role. There will be activities and tasks in addition to this list that are expected from you but the majority of your time will be:

• Providing help desk assistance for standard office automation products
• Assisting staff with technical and procedural computer problems
• Testing new software and hardware products
• Acting as system support for the Local Area Network (LAN)
• Deploying and updating desktop and notebook computers’ operating systems and software
• Developing and maintaining user manuals and Standard Operating Procedure documents
• Reacting to malware alerts and maintaining accurate log entries
• Performing other related duties as required

You will have:

• Relevant work experience in the installation and maintenance of advanced office computer hardware and software
• Relevant work experience with radio networks, ideally as a technical supervisor
• Native or fluent Ukrainian speaker and professional fluency in English, both oral and written
• Established ability to identify, analyse, and resolve hardware and software problems
