Job Description

Up4 Play — Ukrainian company.

Ordinary Games Made Extraordinary

We create mobile games that radiate positivity, capture attention from the first click, and leave players with a “Wow!” aftertaste. In seemingly ordinary mechanics, we see space for emotional adventures — vibrant, dynamic, and fun.

At Up4 Play, we're looking for an experienced Product Manager who doesn’t just understand product — but sees it as a space for emotion, metrics, and growth. If you’re the kind of person who gets excited about A/B testing, loyalty systems, user retention, and competitor research — we’re likely a perfect match!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and executing the product development strategy, game design, and metric systems.

• Writing technical documentation for designers and developers (Jira, Confluence, Figma).

• Creating and launching experiments to improve key metrics (LTV, Retention, ARPU, DAU/MAU).

• Analyzing the market, tracking trends in Social Casino, and identifying growth opportunities.

• Working on retention, monetization, and engagement mechanics.

• Ensuring alignment across all teams at every development stage.

• Continuously monitoring and optimizing KPIs, running A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions.

Requirements & Skills

What We Expect:

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming or game development — a must.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

• Proficiency with product metrics, especially in growth hacking and retention.

• Strong understanding of unit economics, CJM, and internal product processes.

• Hands-on experience with analytical tools (GA, Hotjar, Tableau).

• Skills in designing bonus programs, promos, and gamification features.

• Attention to detail — from metrics to game mechanics.

Nice to have: experience working with social casino games.

What We Offer:

• Full flexibility: work remotely, from our Kyiv or Warsaw offices, or combine both.

• Flexible schedule — choose your own working rhythm.

• 27 paid vacation days per year.

• Team Challenges and corporate activities you’ll actually want to join.

• Real impact — your decisions will shape the product and the company’s future.

• Room for growth — your ideas won’t just be heard, they’ll be implemented.

Sound like you? Send us your resume — let’s create some digital magic together!
