Smart Provide, located in Dnipro, Ukraine, is a leading company in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry. Since our inception in 2018, we have successfully completed over 200 turnkey projects with a team of 72 specialists dedicated to delivering efficient and result-oriented solutions. We are looking for a Night Customer Support Representative to join our remote team and help us deliver exceptional service to our global clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via chat, email, and phone during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in an online or remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
