stakepadel is expanding its VIP casino agency in partnership with Stake, an online casino and betting platform. We are seeking a Digital & Social Media Assistant to support the agency owner with digital growth, social media activity, and audience engagement. This role is suited to a creative, organized person who can work independently and contribute ideas in a fast-moving online environment.

- Assist with planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content.
- Support the development of digital campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media activity, comments, and relevant trends, escalating issues when needed.
- Help maintain content calendars, organize creative assets, and coordinate routine digital tasks.
- Track basic performance indicators and prepare concise updates on content and campaign activity.
- Collaborate directly with the agency owner and contribute practical ideas for improving online communication.

What we’re looking for
- Practical understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and online audience engagement.
- Ability to write clear, engaging short-form copy suitable for social channels.
- Basic content creation skills, including simple visual editing or use of design tools.
- Familiarity with content scheduling, campaign coordination, and maintaining digital calendars.
- Ability to monitor trends, interpret basic engagement metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, creativity, and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working independently, communicating with an owner or small team, and managing flexible weekly tasks.
- Professional written communication and sound judgment when handling public-facing brand content.
