We are looking for an experienced Android Software Engineer. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that we optimize the user experience on mobile devices and Set-Top Boxes for more than 100 million users. Your main activities will be to:
- write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- document and maintain software functionality
- troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
Requirements
You need:
- Experience with
- remote data via REST and JSON
- Android development
- content Provider implementation
- Knowledge in UI/UX and working with designers
- Fluent English skills
Any of those will increase your chances:
- Certification(s) in relevant fields
- Working experience with
- third party libraries like: Butterknife, Retrofit, Dagger 2, Picasso, Volley
- data persistence
- different types of Android Services
- Agile Development
- Android Studio+ Gradle
- Android Set Top Box development
