We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR issues. As a HR Assistant, you will work with the HR document workflow systems.

What does an HR Assistant do?

The duties of an HR Assistant involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.

HR Assistant qualifications

HR Assistant skills we’re looking for include excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties

- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives

- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)

- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)

- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employee

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or in a relevant human resources/administrative position

- Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS

- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases

- Basic knowledge of labor laws

- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong communications skills

- Strong MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Keen attention to detail

- Good interpersonal skills

- Strong Customer Service skills

- Ability to multi-task

- English: B1+
