Now we're looking to recruit a CFO/Counterparties manager on a full time, permanent basis to join the existing international team.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities and requests of the team;
- Maintain effective interaction and communication with all the stakeholders;
- Develop, lead and motivate the team to provide effective support and development;
- On-boarding and establishing relationships with new counter-parties;
- Ensure that the counter-party due diligence requests are managed in a timely, efficient and high-quality manner.
- Maintain effective compliance with the AML standards as part of counter-party on-boarding and authorisation process for new and existing counter-parties.
- Provide expertise to the team by providing feedback on new business and constantly keeping up to date with the market developments.
- Influence and initiate improvements to current counter-party management processes to continually provide effective and constantly improving process.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience (counterparties management, financial management of companies in the Cayman Islands, Malta, Cyprus, Switzerland, Isle of Man, UK) in broker-dealer/hedge fund/family office/bank/proprietary trading/asset management companies and speaks fluent English (other languages will be an advantage).
