We invite a Project Manager to join our team and become a part of the enterprise-level project! Our client is a leading worldwide payment technology services provider who offers innovative solutions for drive-through customers with the goal of "building and supporting software solutions that enable our merchants to grow their business." You'll manage software development processes on your project with the ability to quickly grow and extend your expertise. What's in it for you:

Qualifications and experience:
• At least 1-1.5 years of experience in software project management
• Experience managing a team of at least 5+ people
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban principles, and SDLC
• Strong Intermediate/Upper-intermediate English
• Good communication and organization skills
• Time management skills, the ability to switch between tasks and define priorities
• People management skills (team motivation, 1:1 meetings)
Nice to have:
• Hands-on experience with Jira
• Experience with distributed teams management
Key responsibilities:
• Ensure project deliverables are on time and within constraints
• Work with metrics to track results per iteration based on the existing templates and present new metrics
• Work with reporting for client's billing, manage project resources
• Prioritize project goals/tasks and its distribution among team members, monitor project progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Be in charge of a short-term and long-term planning
• Perform risk management to mitigate project risks and its impact
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• People management (motivation, 1:1 meetings, performance reviews)
