Summary of role:
AxiomSL is seeking a high-energy, organized, analytical and motivated operational expert to handle a wide array of business tasks under the direction of our ‘Head of Global Change’ and our broader leadership team. As a Project Coordinator your primary role will be assisting in critical day-to-day operational work with the core goal of driving forward initiatives across AxiomSL’s wide-ranging operations across Ukraine and Poland.
This role is fast-paced, dynamic, multi-faceted and requires diverse skills. As the job involves constant communication in a multinational organization, this position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You need to be extremely organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple duties at any given time.
What you will do in this job:
- 25% Administration basic financial tracking, headcount, org charts, auditing that teams are following agreed development lifecycle processes
- 25% Documentation producing status reporting, updating tracking information, assisting with production of Board pack information gathering and presentation
- 25% Communication working alongside Global Product team (with focus on Ukraine and Poland) to ensure Global Change initiatives are understood and supported
- 25% Organization assisting in the rolling out of new Global Change initiatives (with focus on Ukraine and Poland) to ensure the Product team is as efficient as possible
Requirements
- Higher Education in Business Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience within Project Management
- Strong written and verbal English language skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio
- Can-do attitude with analytical mindset able to solve problems
- Experience in Technology or Banking sector is a plus
- Ability to own issues from start to completion
- Drive to complete challenging assignments within short timelines
- Able to multitask complex tasks
