Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the design from initial conception to implementation.
You will manage a team of experienced and talented artists and work alongside development and product teams to expand, develop and maintain the live ops platform.
- Design exciting and pixel-perfect user creatives
- Manage a team of experienced and talented artists
- Give constructive and creative direction to animators
- Support technical artists in improving their domain
- Communicate ideas effectively and lead by example
- Show interest to UX and UI design
- Work closely with leads, PM, LO Coordinator and if necessary with Product Director and CRM Managers
- Attend the daily meetings and help resolving blockers (stand-up, bug triage). Facilitate the art stand-up
- Take active participation in weekly App calls and to present the current progress on campaigns.
- Approve art concepts and ideas of the team. Choose the options, that fit app the best
- Take part in future event discussions, attend pre-groomings and choose people from the team to attend grooming.
Requirements
- Impressive experience as a game artist;
- Experience in leading/ managing a team of artists;
- Great illustration skills with a portfolio of 2D assets for games;
- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and render;
- Passion for excellence in interface design and usability;
- Good communication skills;
- Exceptional eye for detail and quality;
- Experience with UX design;
- Experience in gaming five years;
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in gaming/casino industry;
- Experience with 3D packages;
- Animation experience.
