Libertex is looking for a Regional manager with fluent Spanish, who is responsible for the development of the franchise network.
Main responsibilities are searching for potential partners, negotiating with them and control of their further work and fulfillment of KPI.
Primary Functions:
- Searches for new representative offices and assists in their opening. Priority region - Latin America.
- Work with the existing franchise network in the CIS and Latin America.
- Administration of open representative offices - approval of new employees, staff training, operations.
- Control over compliance with company standards by franchisee employees.
- Monitoring of compliance with office design standards, instructions and regulations.
- Organization of experience exchange between the company's units - implementation of effective working cases.
- Performing duties necessary for the normal functioning of the company, based on local legal requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications and professional skills:
- Fluent Spanish is a must(!!!);
- Experience in financial markets is a great advantage;
- Experience in franchise or affiliate program management is a huge advantage;
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is an advantage.
