Woolf is bringing innovation and convenience to the conservative world of EdTech. We help colleges from all over the globe to accredit their degree programs in the EU and USA. Our Airlock API and SDK allow them to track compliant educational records of students on their LMS. We are actively growing and onboarding multiple colleges in parallel. We need your help accelerating technical integrations and making the experience smooth and loved by our customers.
We are looking for a motivated and organized Success Engineer who will support customer onboarding with technical guidance and be in charge of following the integration roadmap and meeting deadlines.
A Success Engineer is primarily responsible for:
- Engaging with customers in a technical consultancy role during the post-sales process
- Becoming a trusted advisor to customers and business leads
- Developing and collaborating on customer workshops and demos
- Sharing gathered feedback and insights with a Product Manager and Airlock team
- Identifying and signaling potential bottlenecks and delays in the integration roadmap
Requirements
- Specializing in API and SDK integrations
- Having advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Having excellent time management and the ability to work on the integration of several different customers
- Having exceptional verbal, presentation, and written English skills
- Having technical experience in engineering
- Bonus points for experience with EdTech and/or Startups
